About Us

Lumina living care is a supported living service for adults, over 18 years of age who have learning disabilities and autism who may have mental health conditions or those who present with behaviours that may challenge. Our services are bespoke, person-centred care provided in Medway, Kent and surrounding area.

We recognise the difficulties and challenges our potential clients may face managing their activities of daily living, therefore we provide services that enable them have their own choice and control over their lives.

We support them to live in their own homes with their own tenancy while they achieve maximum independence and empowerment. They also have a choice to have close relationships with families and friends

Lumina Living Care ‘Principles of Good Adult Care’ is based upon the key principles of privacy, dignity, self-fulfilment, independence, choice, safety and rights. This is integral to our working practices.

The care staff at Lumina Living Care will work towards positively developing individual qualities, which will give each Service User an opportunity for growth and development.

We believe positive behaviour changes are possible through bespoke support while we do not label anyone but treat them with value, respect and dignity.
